Virtual Anger Management Program

Intake

The process starts with scheduling an intake appointment for evaluation and to determine what is the best course of action for you to take. We will meet with you individually to assess your presenting situation and develop a plan of treatment.

Weekly or Biweekly Groups

The program consists of 10 virtual group sessions based upon a psychoeducational model. Your completion of this program require your full attendance and submission of homework assignments.

Additional Services

Depending on your specific needs based upon the initial evaluation you may be required to participate in indivdual sessions in addition to the group.

Varies - $40 to $200 per session depending on provider
