EMDR Intensives

We offer a free 30 minute consult to dicusss whether an EMDR intensive is the right fit for you and what you are looking for. You can meet with your clinican from anywhere in the world.

Once you have received your individualized plan and chosen a format your intensive will be scheduled. Consent forms and assessments will be sent out after the $250 non-refundable deposit has been received. You will be asked to complete all of the assessments and questionnaires prior to your scheduled time. 

After the resourcing and preparation phase is complete, the intensive shifts toward processing identified memories, images, feelings states, somatic felt senses, and negative beliefs with Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) for desensitization and reprocessing. EMDR Therapy uses and 8 Phase modality that is utilized throughout the intensive experience. 

After your 30 minute consultation, we will provide you with an individualized plan with various options available to you. Your plan will include:

1) Time commitment required

2) Specific breakdown of format and schedule

3) Fees (3 hour minimum - $1000)

4) Aftercare options

5) Add on options ​

The two hours of the first intensive is used to develop resources specific to each individual. These resources are lifelong skills that can be used now and in the future.
